To install the tool:

1. Go to the download page (enter your contact details)

2. Download the tool package (large file, + 6 Mb, downloading can take some time)

3. Unzip the tool package: be sure to switch the option 'Use folder names' in your unzip tool to retain the original folder structure.
After unzipping you should see the tool (Impactscan Tool v17 empty final.xls) and the directory impactug. This directory contains the users guide in html format. You can access this from the tool.
