How to start with the software tool

There are 2+n sheets where you can enter data (n is number of regions involved in the benchmarking)

The Tabs to open these sheets are located at the bottom of the window.

Click on Tabs to open the data entry sheets, start with Region Setup

You can custumonize the tool by using the 'Replace' function of Excel eg. if you want to replace R1 with the name of your region, simply use the 'Replace' function (be sure to select 'entire workbook'). 

Equally you can rename the tabs by using the rename function of Excel.

The Context data entry sheet (Optional, but required to get the Context Graphs)

After completing the Region Setup the region names will appear as colum headings.

Enter the data for each region involved. 

In case you need help on an item click on the link and a pop-up window will appear eg. clicking on 0.0 Size and density will display further details about these data.

The regional data on Tabs 1,2,...

Fill in the green cells with the appropriate data.

Clicking on the headings will open additional information windows about the data.
Enter the data in the green cells only. (For missing values leave cell empty)

You can add comments to your values by using the 'Notes' of Excel (red triangles in the picture below).

In case you need help on an item click on the link and a pop-up window will appear eg. clicking on 'Services Centres' will display further details about these data. By moving with the mouse pointer over the different titles you'll see whether help is available.
